簡單介紹:
LactateDehydrogenaseA(LDHA)(N-Term)Peptide
詳情介紹:
Blocked Antibody | anti-Lactate Dehydrogenase A antibody (LDHA) (N-Term) (ABIN2774085) |
Characteristics | This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-LDHA antibody (Catalog #: ARP54776_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. |
Purification | Purified |
Background |
LDHA catalyzes the conversion of L-lactate and NAD to pyruvate and NADH in the final step of anaerobic glycolysis. The protein is found predominantly in muscle tissue and belongs to the lactate dehydrogenase family. Mutations in this gene have been linked to exertional myoglobinuria.
