產(chǎn)品詳情
簡單介紹:
Goatanti-HumanIgA,IgG,IgM(WholeMolecule)Antibody(AlkalinePhosphatase(AP))
詳情介紹:
Immunogen | Human IgG whole molecule |
Purification |
Immunoaffinity chromatography This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Human IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation. |
Background | Synonyms: Human IgA, Human IgG, Human IgM |
Application Notes |
Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or dot blot), ELISA and immunohistochemistry aswell as other phosphatase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring extremely lowbackground levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer andspecificity. This product has been assayed against 1.0?μg of Human IgG in a standard capture ELISAusing pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30?minutes at room temperature. Aworking dilution of 1:1,000 to 1:5,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested forthis product. Other applications not tested. Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |
Restrictions | For Research Use only |
Concentration | 0.5 mg/mL |
Buffer | 0.01 M Tris Chloride, 0.11 M Sodium Chloride, 0.001 M Magnesium Chloride, 0.0001 M Zinc Chloride, 50?% (v/v) Glycerol,?pH 8.0 with 10?mg/mL BSA (IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer and 0.01?% (w/v) sodium azide as preservative. |
Preservative | Sodium azide |
Precaution of Use | WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing. |
Handling Advice |
Do not freeze! Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. Do not add Sodium azide. Dilute only prior to immediate use Each reagent is stable for the period shown on the bottle label if stored as directed. |
Storage | 4 °C |
Storage Comment | This antibody is stable at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid. This product is stable for one month at 2-4 °C as an undiluted liquid. |
