簡單介紹:
Rabbitanti-HumanIgG(WholeMolecule)Antibody(Biotin)
詳情介紹:
Immunogen | Human IgG, whole molecule |
Characteristics | Molar Ratio: 10-20 BAC molecules per Rabbit IgG molecule |
Purification | Immunoaffinity chromatography using Human IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities |
Background | Synonyms: Human Immunoglobulin G |
Research Area | Immunology, Secondary Antibodies |
Application Notes |
Immunoblotting, ELISA, immunohistochemistry, immunomicroscopy as well as other antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiring lot-to-lot consistency. This product has been assayed against 1.0?μg of Human IgG in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30?minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:50,000 to 1:220,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |
Restrictions | For Research Use only |
Reconstitution | Restore with 1.0?mL of deionized water or equivalent. |
Concentration | 2.0 mg/mL |
Buffer | 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride,?pH 7.2, containing 10?mg/mL Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) IgG and Protease free, and 0.01?% (w/v) Sodium Azide |
Preservative | Sodium azide |
Precaution of Use | WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing. |
Handling Advice |
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. |
Storage | 4 °C/-20 °C |
Storage Comment | Store vial at 2-8 °C prior to restoration. This product is stable for one month at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -28 °C or below. |
