Rabbitanti-HumanImmunoglobulinJPolypeptide,LinkerProteinForImmunoglobulinalphaandmuPolypeptides(IGJ)(InternalRegion),(JoiningChain)Antibody
詳情介紹:
Immunogen | Synthetic peptide near the internal region of Human J-chain. |
Clone | SP105 |
Isotype | IgG |
Specificity | Recognizes Immunoglobulin J Chain. Cellular localisation: Cytoplasm. |
Purification | Protein A/G Chromatography |
Alternative Name | Immunoglobulin J Chain |
Background | J chain is a small glycopeptide and is structurally unrelated to heavy or light chains, but is synthesized by all plasma cells that secrete polymeric immunoglobulins. J chain is linked to IgA and IgM by disulfide bonds, however, it has been detected in IgG- and IgD-containing cells. J chains are present in a large proportion of the immunoglobulin-positive cells in the germinal centers of the tonsil and lymph node. B cells secrete J chain at an early stage of differentiation with the expression persisting in those cells destined to produce IgA or IgM.Synonyms: IGCJ, IGJ |
Molecular Weight | 17 kDa |
Gene ID | 3512 |
NCBI Accession | NP_653247 |
UniProt | P01591 |
Application Notes |
Western Blot: 1/50 for 1 hour at RT. Immunohistochemistry on Paraffin Sections: 1/100 for 10?min at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer,?pH 6.0 for 10?min followed by cooling at RT for 20?min. Slides must be washed in between steps. Rinse slides with PBS/0.05?% Tween. Positive Control: Tonsil. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |
Restrictions | For Research Use only |
Format | Liquid |
Buffer | PBS,?pH 7.6 containing 1?% BSA as stabilizer and 0.09?% Sodium Azide as preservative |
Preservative | Sodium azide |
Precaution of Use | WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing. |
Handling Advice | DO NOT FREEZE! |
Storage | 4 °C |
Storage Comment | Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8 °C. |
