< 0.036 ng/mL The sensitivity of this assay, or Lower Limit of Detection (LLD) was defined as the lowest detectable concentration that could be differentiated from zero. |
Characteristics | Homo sapiens,Human,Proteinase-activated receptor 2,PAR-2,Coagulation factor II receptor-like 1,G-protein coupled receptor 11,Thrombin receptor-like 1,F2RL1,GPR11,PAR2 |
Alternative Name | F2RL1 (F2RL1 ELISA Kit Abstract) |
Pathways | Regulation of Leukocyte Mediated Immunity, Positive Regulation of Immune Effector Process, Production of Molecular Mediator of Immune Response |
Sample Volume | 100 μL |
Plate | Pre-coated |
Protocol | The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to TPS. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated polyclonal antibody preparation specific for TPS and Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. Then a TMB substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain TPS, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of a sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The concentration of TPS in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve. |
